It depends. If they took an empty apartment or one on of the buildings that was filled with books, or in the forest, then no, not usually.
If anyone uses public space, they let the rest of us know. I'll give ya an example, when someone here wanted to section off a part of the beach for a nude beach, they let the rest of us know what was going on.
So unless you wanted to live in the grocery store or the park, or some other space that everyone uses, you know, somethin' like that, no there wouldn't be a reason to.
