Since Eames is gone, and he had done some excellent work getting the art store/gallery up to standard, and I should really try having a studio that is not just my apartment, I have taken over, and I'm excited to reveal something of a timetable of events. If we're stuck here, we might as well settle

The back of the store is going to be used as a gallery, where other islanders may come and see what work the students are creating (you can currently view Eames' work and my own here). We can work towards exhibitions and such, and if anyone wanted to "hire" the space for their own events, you would be most welcome.

I will be there regardless of whether one person turns up, or ten, or none- so just pop in. Materials supplied. Tea also supplied.

If anyone else would like to hold a class (of any art at all), please get in touch and I will add you to the timetable, which will also be displayed in the shop window if you're passing and want a reminder. If you just want to come in and use the materials/studio space without taking a class, you are welcome at all of the "free" times to do so.

Printmaking coming soon... once I have the equipment. Also looking for volunteer life drawing models.

Oh, wow! That would be amazing. Do you have any problems with getting your kit off?

(I know, very forward!)

If it were socially acceptable I would never wear clothes.

I can also shift into different animals. It's not as easy as people but I can do it.

I'll keep that in mind. Various people would be great for now. When is generally a good time for you?

Literally any time. I don't really do anything right now.

How about Monday evenings? And I may later call upon you for the oil painting class on Thursday afternoons once we have done their self-portraits.

Can I take different classes to see which one suits me best?

I can teach flower arranging if anyone would be interested. Or I could do a crafts class.

Yeah, absolutely.

Sounds great! I have no idea if anyone is interested in anything I'm offering here - I figure I'll just put it out there and see. So! Just chose a day/time, and I'll add your class to the schedule, and we'll see who shows up.

Great!

How's a crafts class on Fridays from 12 to 2 pm and a floral design class from 4 pm to 6 pm also on Fridays?
