That's wonderful!

Can I come over to see him? Is he alright? Did he go home, when he was away?

Absolutely, I’ll make us lunch.

He’s fine, a little clingy is all. He swapped places, so he was in 2032.

Lunch sounds great!

Hardly surprising that he's clingy, after that! None of us would like it, but he's so young, and it isn't like we can even give him a proper scientific explanation.

Sure, at least we I was still there, so he wasn't totally alone or anything. But it's different, and wrong, and you know. I'm glad he's back. I'm really glad he's back.

I know. I'm really glad too. There's something good about knowing he's happy when he's grown up, but that doesn't make up for all the complications. For the timeline not being as it should be. I can't wait to see him again! I'll try not to let on just how much, I don't want to worry him.
