Well, we're among friends here. And he knows I don't mean it to be disrespectful.

I'm okay. It's kind of weird, but it's nice to see people I haven't in a while, and I guess you don't often get the chance to see your parents when they were younger. It's... different, but it's not bad.

I tried to do something similar once, but circumstances conspired against me and I never made it to London. It would have been good to see them, even though they wouldn't have known me! I understand that thought.

How was boarding school, in the end?

You sure put me off the idea, but then I wasn't overly thrilled about the prospect to begin with. You're right, hardly matters now.

You know how my father abhors lying. I have been honest enough without oversharing, but he is an annoyingly intelligent man, he is capable of filling in the blanks without needing to probe for further information.

Wonderful, I look forward to it. I'll get back in touch with a date, I'll just check with pops my father first.

I think my father is only a year older than you right now. And I know he’s not opposed to a drinking song or two.

Is there no one else in this time that can lend a hand? I’m sure I could do some if you give me some manuals to read over.

Im sure you’ll end up in the same timeline again before long, but I know that isn’t much consolation when you’re in the middle of missing someone.

If I could get it switched over to English, I'm sure they could. But the damn thing wants to be stubborn. The manuals are all in the control room computers, how well do you read the native language? Because if you helped me, I could probably get them switched over to English with some help.

I mean, little her is here. And she's very cute, and loves for me to do her hair. But it's just not the same. And it's more riding the time hole back with someone, because it was a choice to be here.

Oh definitely, I have a few ideas for him after some shots.

Does Tommy's app not work with it? I don't know much of the native language, I've got the much more useful life skill of Latin (and French, and some Spanish).

It's definitely not the same. I do know what you mean. I've not seen Angelica since I was very young, and I'm always wondering about her.

Encourage the 'sink it and drink it' that way you're still technically going for beers. They're just leveled up beers.

It does, it works perfectly. This is going to be an immersion education, because, sadly, Latin doesn't help. You're going to have to use it on the keyboard and on the screen, if that's not going to turn you off of doing it, I'm happy for the company.

In that case I know I'm lucky. It's just been a year, I shouldn't whine. But I miss my Dad too.

Yeah, I felt a disturbance in the 'force', as the Jedis say, and followed Eddie and Richie.
