Can you change people's ages on purpose and control when they get back to their right age?

Please don't think I'm fobbing you off when I say this but I'll need to talk to a few people first before I even know if I could do this at this point in time. I want to check with Dan and your grandpa, because telepath thing or not, I'd like them to be on the same page as us. And I'll need to talk to my sister Sarah and Miguel, to see about brainstorming with them.
