	I was hoping since it had not happened that it wouldn't... Due to the accords creation a list will be made for everyone that is... different. And people who dislike the different will get that list. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

For the Helicarriers? I think that is... different. I think that was based off a program that is not unlike Cerebro, without the need of an all knowing Mutant. Though, they could have had one in their grasp. Because it wasn't only mutants. It was people that were deemed 'possibly problematic in the future'. Tony Stark was one. As was Peter Parker. While both men have vast intelligence only one is enhanced.
