Half the time it seemed to depend on the person, the power and the level of control. Indigo's power was largely passive, it was what she did with it that mattered. But she understood that she was being trained for something not unlike where she was then. It rarely bothered her, only on times when she found herself thinking of her mother and sister, what they might've been like now, how life might be for them.
"Likely, there will be choices." She wasn't sure what choice she might make, if the SEA passed, there would be alterations, there would be no mandatory need to keep them all there, but at this point, Indigo had spent half of her life within the Regiment system, adapting to 'normal' life might not be something she found herself able to do. "They'll probably come up with something, fall back plans are something the Government are good at." Which was a bit of an understatement.
Settling, considering his question, Indigo thought of the most honest answer there was. "Bright. Muggy. Occasionally battered with natural disasters." Because hurricanes didn't swerve secret Government compounds, not in the least. "I didn't dislike it, it was warmer than here. We never really needed a jacket." The missions were likely the same as these would be, whatever called for their need. Although the occasionally visiting gators were somewhat off-putting. "I do like the lack of humidity."
