"You burn more than you think just stretching." There was a lot more to yoga than people thought, and while it wasn't a 10k run or 100 reps on the weights, it was still a vigorous exercise to put the body through. Muscles burning through the calories and energy meant a replenish was usually required very soon after.
"Although I'm not sure horse is on the menu." She did like that they could work through their session without a lot of chatter -she wasn't as strict as previous instructors of hers had been about conversation, not even about the one yoga instructor she had who never permitted speaking during the session and had a twenty minute silent meditation afterwards, but their conversing was usually limited to questions about poses or posturing, which wasn't exactly helping her come out of her shell at all.
She wasn't sure she really needed coming out of a shell, personally. But her grief counsellor in Florida had indicated that it was important she be able to reconnect with people, else she might be benched from missions and that wasn't something Indigo would allow herself to become. Turning towards the cafeteria, still feeling calm and loose from their work out, Indigo tried to remember what might've been lined up on the menu for that day, "Probably just some burgers?"
