Yoga had Theo found been a really good call by Indigo and he was glad he'd been open minded enough to give it a shot. Not only was it relaxing and calming but it also gave him a good idea of his body and its limits which he intended to work towards changing them until he could stretch that little bit more or hold the pose for longer.
It did help that both himself and Indigo were on the same page in regards to not needing a constant stream of conversation to feel at ease and comfortable. He did appreciate Indigo's tutelage and was soaking it up as much he could, listening closely and replicating.
His hair had been tied back at the base of his skull during the yoga session but had now been released, fingers catching in the depths of the dark strands and pulling them back from his face. Theo had been expecting for them to go their separate ways as they had done in the past so it was a nice surprise when Indigo suggested they go get something to eat.
"Yeah, that would be good," he agreed with a nod. "I feel like I could eat a horse."
