Astoria had been waiting for a chance to tell Daphne her side, afraid that when she heard Gwen's side of everything she'd immediately take her friend's side over that of her little sister. That being said, she felt the need to tell her side before they all went shopping the next day.

On her way out, Astoria stopped and told her parents where she was going, swung by the kitchen for a basket she had filled with sweet treats to take with, and was soon out the door with the tell tale *pop* of Apparation.

When she reappeared, Astoria was before the door to her sister's flat and knocked at the door before stepping in. "Hello my dearest sister! I hope you don't mind my just coming in, its cold out there." She called out, her voice carrying as she shifted the basket from one arm to the next.

	Astoria followed her sister's voice until she found her way into the kitchen. Once there she set the basket down and removed the cloth that covered the baked goods. "Tea sounds great. I brought you scones. There's chocolate, blueberry, and maple." She managed with a smile as she shifted her weight in a nervous way. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

"Blueberry does sound quite brilliant," and it would go well with the brew of tea she was currently mixing. For a moment she pondered making sandwiches or something as she hadn't ate dinner yet but she wasn't too hungry. A snack would be fine.

When the tea was done she set it out on her breakfast bar and pulled up a few stools for them. If her flat was bigger she would have set up a formal dinning place but it wasn't so this was going to have to do. "So what is this trouble going on?"

Astoria pulled her wand and called two plates to the breakfast bar and placed a scone on each plate, quite pleased with herself. She'd perfected her recipe and couldn't wait to get Daphne's opinion on the near cake like treat. "The blueberry ones did come out very well. I made sure to give you the ones that looked the best and if you need it, there's a small bowl of icing in the basket too. To me, they don't need the added sweetness."

There was no need to tell half truths with Daphne, Astoria trusted her sister, so after a bite of her scone and a sip of tea, Astoria just confessed to the entire thing. "I'm not entirely sure what is going on between Adrian and Gwen, but he asked a favor of me. It wasn't much really, but through the journals it appeared as though we were going on a date. Honestly, all we did was end up sitting in an eatery and discussed his feelings for Gwen." Keeping her Astoria paused long enough to break off a piece of her scone and popped it in her mouth. "Apparently she does care what he does, or who he sees, because she was jealous. So he's confused, why is she jealous when she wants nothing to do with him? Anyway... Since we're all going shopping tomorrow, I just wanted you to hear my side before it becomes so much more than what it really was."

There was no such thing as too sweet in her book so of course she wanted a little bit of icing. If you were going to indulge in the occasional sweet it mine as well be all or nothing. "I just like the added sweetness that's all I am sure they really don't need it." Her sister typically knew what she was talking about when it came to baking or cooking.

Daphne chewed her lip for a moment because there always seemed to be something going on between Gwen and Adrian. "You should have known it would have made her jealous. She may be afraid to admit it or whatever her reasoning is but it's clear she likes him," it wasn't hard to see. "Not that you shouldn't be able to have tea with him if you want to but it is a slippery slope. I would just let it slide and let them work it out for themselves," it was probably the best idea though she was inclined to side with Gwen over Adrian.
