Bellatrix had never been very good at observing social niceties, but fifteen years in Azkaban had robbed her of whatever skill she'd used to possess, which is why she found it so hard to be in proper society. Lucius and Narcissa had insisted on putting on a show for the Christmas holidays, and had forced Bella to don the semblence of normality that had left her long ago.

Now that the cursed holiday was over, she was ready to cut loose and have some fun. The weeks after a holiday made people especially compliant, which made bringing destruction to their lives all the more appealing. That was how she'd come to let Yaxley talk her into having a little fun. She'd brought her wand, naturally, and the dagger she was so fond of using to draw out the torment of those she hunted.

Most people might find sitting on a gravestone distasteful, but Bella wasn't most people, which was why she was lolling atop on, her dagger in her hand waiting for her companion.

"You're late," she said, teasingly, when he finally arrived.

"I try," Alexander said with a small laugh as he leaned against a tree and watched the twinkling lights in the distance with a distinct look of boredom. Kids needed to come out later than midnight. What was it with the midnight hour anyhow? It wasn't any different than the others in the night hours outside name.

It wasn't too long though before he heard people in the distance. "Well, how shall we play with our prey this time?"

	Bella slid off the grave stone and skipped to his side in giddy excitement, her wand out and ready. "I do love the way you think," she said, her eyes gleaming with wicked intent. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Bella faded into the shadows as well, her anticipation heightening every sensation. She watched the Patronus as it ran elegantly towards the coming voices and felt a tremor of excitement at the first scream. 	"I've never been very good at being patient," she said, a cruel tone to her voice. She threw the boy to the ground and pulled out her wand in one single motion, so that by the time he hit the ground, she had already cast her curse.
