This should be posted from the Mod journal but lets pretend. So I was considering Carnival things and I figured it would be an idea to have a committee to help set up and decide things for the carnival. It gives a reason to toss together characters that might not interact other wise.

As a bank person Fleur has handle on the money but it is a group responsibility for the other things. Laurie has offered up Astoria and anyone else is welcome. You can comment here or on Fleur's entry that will be posted later when I get out of work to get involved.

The way I see it, we're a game with very few 25+ yr olds in play. And we have a serious lack in activity/interaction between the characters/players as a whole. I understand that it would be a little odd to have nothing but people younger than 25 on the committee but when that's all you have, that's all you have.

That being said, I offer of Astoria and whatever help she can be over the next week or two weeks or however long until the carnival is. Even if it means, stocking food stuffs for greasy carny food (not that I think a Wizarding carnival would be full of deep fried oreos or whatever). This is a perfect time to come up with what's there as far as entertainment.

Tonya made a point, this is a wizarding carnival, there wouldn't be much in the way of rides. But I can see illusionists and things like a haunted house but you go in and face your fears. Kind of like the boggarts and all. *shrug* Any ideas are wanted/needed so let's plot it out.
