Jonathan was hunched over in the booth, trying not to look at anything but the cup of coffee in front of him, though by now it was more whiskey then actual coffee, having been pouring the liquor in from a small bottle to drown out his thoughts and Justin's words.

He knew what was coming, a 'you're sweet, but we can't do this anymore' that was quite familiar to him, anytime anyone got close.

At least that one was better then 'dear god, you freak', which he got more often.

He sighed, taking a sip of the coffee flavored whiskey, eyes darting up to the door before looking away again, shoulders hunching even tighter.

Justin said, squeezing Jonathan's hand again, "I know that a lot of other people would just leave, but I believe you when you say that you want to change. He knew what he wanted of course. for Justin to be willing to date him, willing to try to fall in love with him, to be his exclusively...in frank, to be his 'boyfriend', as trite as the title sounded. Justin couldn't help but smile a little at Jonathan's reaction and it only widened when he asked about them, "It means that I want to give us a try. I'm not saying it's gonna be perfect right away, but I'm willing to give it a go, because I like you and think this could be a good thing." Justin had enough experience, that he knew that if this went bad, he could get out of it. Of course there was a small part of him that knew that if this went bad it was possible that he could get really hurt, but he was going to try and focus on the positives for the moment.

	"A try...exclusively?" he said, unable to actually say the words he wanted to, blushing brightly. "Or a casual try?" he added in a rush, taking a long drink of the coffee and whiskey mixture, feeling it burn it's way down his throat, distracting him. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

"Exclusively. I know what I said before and I can't promise that I'm over Brian, but I've been here for over a year now and I haven't seen him in two, so I think it's probably time to move on." Justin didn't think he'd ever actually be over Brian, but he knew that even though he'd always love Brian, he had to move on with his life. And if Brian ever did show up, he'd deal with that when it happened. "That is, if you still wanted more."

	The mug went flying as Jonathan surged across the table, wrapping his fingers in Justin's t-shirt and jerking the other man close, kissing him deeply. "Mine," he whispered against Justin's lips, not caring how possessive it sounded as he kissed him again, coffee seeping into his shirt. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Justin chuckled against Jonathan's mouth as he kissed him back, one hand coming up to cup Jonathan's jaw for a moment or two before he finally pulled back, smirking, "I'll take that to mean that you're happy." Justin knew that there were probably people watching them, but since when did he care about what other people thought of him. However, as he sat back down, he noticed the spilled coffee, "Um...that can't be comfortable."

	"Don't care, you agreed to be my boyfriend," he said, grinning stupidly. "I could be covered in biting red ants and it wouldn't matter to me." He reached out, gently taking Justin's hand.
