Enigma gave a cheerful shout as she sailed to the ground from her perch above the bank she had scouted before, ready to break in. She was just about to smash the glass in the front door when a flash of black and red caught her eye and she cursed, struggling to unhook herself from her rope, wanting to get away.

She did not need this tonight.

Damian sighed and shook his head, "Now you know that I can't just let you get off. Wouldn't be doing my job very well if I did that, now would I?" Whether or not Enigma ultimately wound up getting away, at least Damian could say that he tried to stop her. As he advanced on her and she backed up, Damian wound up stepping right into the path of one of those evil mistletoe that he'd heard about, but had yet to actually encounter...until now anyway. Knowing that he shouldn't, but feeling like it was the only thing that he wanted to do, Damian stepped closer until he was closer to Enigma then he usually would have gotten unless he was fighting her, he leaned in and kissed her.

	Enigma groaned as Damian kissed her, wrapping her arms around his neck and pressing herself closer, mouth opening to him if he wanted, eyes shut tightly as she tried not to think about just who she was kissing. Or how much he was going to hurt her afterwards. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Why couldn't Damian have been working tonight? Why did he have to work this morning instead? If he'd been at the video store right now, then he wouldn't be kissing Enigma right now, in the middle of the sidewalk, outside the bank. Had there been anyone around, he could only imagine what this looked like. At least when he and Steph made out while on patrol, it was usually on rooftops where no one could see. Plus there was the whole part where Stephanie was his girlfriend and Enigma wasn't, so it was okay for them to makeout considering they were dating. Enigma....not so much. However, Damian wasn't thinking about any of his, because all he could think about while under the influence of the evil mistletoe was how right it felt to kiss her and he couldn't help but pull her closer. Oh, Steph was going to kill him.

	Enigma groaned softly as Damian pulled her closer, ignoring the thought that this might be a trap, instead one hand sliding down his body, resting for a moment on his bicep before traveling to his hip, giving another soft groan. Damian's costume was both reinforced enough to protect him against bullets and knives, but also thin enough that he felt Enigma's hand as she rested it on his next move was about to be pressing further into her when a truck drove by, blaring it's horn and pulled Damian out of the trance from the mistletoe. "Shit." releasing his hold on Enigma, except for her arm and was about to pull her away when he looked up to see that the mistletoe was gone, "Fuck...." He released her arm and pointed a finger at her, "That meant nothing."

"Mmm, felt to me like it meant quite a bit, boy wonder," she said, smirking, face flushed. "Geeze, if I knew you were this good of a kisser I would have tried back in Gotham."

She shifted, pressing her body up against his again, wrapping her arms around his neck. "Now, I'm sure you want to keep this a secret from that girlfriend of yours," she said, licking her lips. "Maybe...we could make this worth more to keep secret. Just between you," she trailed a finger down his chest. "And me?"

"No!" Damian grabbed Enigma's arms and removed them from around his neck as he pushed her away, still holding her arms, tight, at arms length, "I'll tell Steph. This isn't my fault, so she can't hold it against me." If Steph didn't get mad at him then chances were, she was going to tease him about this forever, but he was going to tell her no matter what, because he didn't believe in keeping things like this from her when Enigma would probably tell her if he didn't, "And just for the record, I was ten in Gotham, so that's pretty fucking sick." With that, he pushed her away, towards the side of the bank.

"Damn," Enigma said when Damian pushed her away before yelping as she hit the side of the bank. "Owe, I was kidding, geeze. What the hell crawled up your ass, it was just a kiss."

She pushed away from the wall, running her fingers through her pigtails to straighten them. "If you're this grumpy after a kiss, I would hate to see you after sex," she muttered. "So tell your girlfriend and be boring, I've got places to go, bye!" She gave a little wave.
