When he'd first realized what had happened on New Year's Eve, Noah had thought this enforced coupling with Ellen was going to be extremely awkward; after all, he was technically still married and sharing a bed with anyone but Sandra just didn't seem right. However, it had only been marginally awkward, much to Noah's relief. Noah actually hadn't been surprised to find out that they had some things in common and they had easily found things to talk about such as their children, work and gun, which would probably seem odd to anyone else.

Currently, Noah was seated at the bar at The Roadhouse while Ellen worked.

Noah looked up as Ellen set the glass down on the bar and shook his head, "Not usually, no." He took a quick glance around the bar before bringing his attention back to Ellen as he picked up his glass and took a sip, "It's a nice place though. You've done a good job, considering the circumstances." Noah knew that were anyone from The Company ever to show up in Colligo they would probably have a field day with all the various types of abnormals and super powered non-locals that inhabited the city. "Who knows, perhaps I'll make it a habit to stop in every now and then once this is over." And boy did Noah wish that it was over now. It wasn't that Ellen hadn't been nice enough during the last few days, but she wasn't Sandra and it just felt odd to be with another women even if it wasn't in the same context.
