Ruby and Sam both agreed never to speak of their time pretending to be childrens' story characters, even if Jade had already made it clear that she was never going to let her friends live it down. After a long discussion with Caden about the whole experience, and promising that Mommy and Daddy would never act that way again, the two of them decided that they wanted sometime alone to themselves....as they really hadn't found the chance to do so lately. Sam had called and arranged for Dean (the one from the future, that is), to watch Caden for most of the day while they had some time to themselves.

After she dropped off her son at his uncle's apartment, Ruby quickly made her way back to her apartment, grinning as she let herself in.

The second she stepped in the door, a chill went down Ruby's spine. The lights in the living room and kitchen were off...and the only light on in the whole apartment seemed to be the one in the bedroom. A knot formed in Ruby's stomach, as she hoped that this was really just some really kinky surprise that Sam planned for her, and that the feeling of dread was a lie. A shiver went down her spine as she made her way into the bedroom.

When she saw him, she could tell right off the bat that something was definitely wrong. "Sam?" She asked, her whole voice shaking as she stepped into the bedroom, slowly, almost like she didn't want to.

Lucifer pulled back. he shifted to hold both her wrists in one hand, freeing his other hand to slap her. "Begging is so beneath you, Ruby."

The slap caused her to bite her lip, and a bright bead of crimson blood surged to the surface. Lucifer smiled, as a wicked idea ran through his mind. He hadn't decided just how he was going to take care of Ruby, only that he wanted to play for a while, and he'd kill her, perhaps with her own knife, when he was done. But the knife seemed sort of redundant, since Winchester had already done it; he wanted something a little more original.

And now he knew just what he was going to do. He didn't need the blood, he was stronger than any demon who ever walked. He was an archangel, and not a demon at all, despite the general opinion that the devil must be a demon by default. Humans could be so stupid, sometimes.

Lucifer leaned in, and licked the blood from Ruby's lip.

	Ruby's head was reeling from the slap, barely noticing that she bit her lip. His slap stung, and her vision blurred. She barely noticed when he licked the blood from her lip, still a little dazed. Her senses slowly came back to her, and she kicked underneath him, trying to get him off of her, though the force of his weight had her pinned pretty firmly. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Lucifer caught Ruby's knee between his. His free hand moved to her throat. "Don't worry. I'm not going to kill you yet."

"Sam has a message for you." Lucifer tilted his head, as if listening. Then he shook his head. "He says...keep fighting. He thinks it's sexy."

Lucifer pushed his hand, and her chin, upward to expose her neck and throat. He bent down to lick her skin, and then his teeth ripped into her throat.

	Ruby's body writhed beneath his, struggling under the force of his weight. She screamed when he bit into her throat. "Stop. Just please stop..." Tears stung at her eyes, and she couldn't even fight them back. "Sam you can fight him. I know you can." (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Lucifer raised his head, blood already smeared on his lips and across his cheek. "Sam. Isn't. Going. To. Help. You." He spaced out each word, to drive the point home.

"I could just kill you know." He held up his hand, fingers in the ready-to-snap position. "You want to know why I won't kill you? Because this?" He waved his hand, gesturing at her in general, "This is fun. Are you having fun? I'm having fun." He didn't really care if she answered or not.

He bent his head, and licked at the wound he'd made. He closed his mouth over the main gash in her skin, and started suckling, drawing her blood in to himself.

	Ruby struggled as he started to drink her blood. She had to get free. Somehow. She wasn't exactly sure how she was going to get free, but she had to. And she needed to find Caden and get them both somewhere safe. "Stop. Just please stop." (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

His answer was to thrust his hand up, to force her chin up and stretch her neck so she couldn't talk as easily. He didn't miss a beat, and it wouldn't take long to take enough of her blood that she wouldn't be talking anyway.

He didn't want to kill her. Oh no. He was having too much fun, and now that he'd figured out a most excellent torture, he wanted to keep her around a good long while. Sam was awake, and Lucifer delighted in tormenting him as much as he enjoyed the torture of Ruby. Two for the price of one, as far as he was concerned.

He felt the fight go out of her, as the effects of the blood loss hit. She went limp, and sagged against him. He pulled off her throat, and sealed the wound with a thought. He heaved her up over his shoulder and took her into the master bathroom, and dropped her in the tub because it was cold and sterile and not nearly as comfortable as the bed where he might have put her.

He warded the door, so that she couldn't pass through it, and then stepped back to admire her unconscious form. "You could have been my favorite," he sighed.
