"I certainly hope the many occupants of this city are far above that." Loki agreed. "From what I can tell this place is far too civil. What would make anything, mortal or immortal, so quaint with being trapped and kept in a cage?"
Loki looked to his brother, hoping that Thor would have the answer. He could understand what would make people content in a city for some time, but for years? Loki was unsure as to why there was no rebellions or anything else of that matter. To him, it made little sense. Thor, on the other hand, was far better at empathy with others.
