Connor decided to stay in the apartment for a little while. He was getting used to his new surroundings before he ventured out into the city. Moving through the apartment he could already tell that he was the only one living there. It was a little insane, he was only a little kid. He should be at home with his parents. Although he found it kind of cool that people here already heard about his database. Weird but cool. Anyway it wasn't like he really get a say in being there so he guessed it made sense that he didn't get a say in this either.

It wasn't long before Connor made his way to the door. He didn't really leave any sign that he'd been there. All the belongings he had he was wearing. There was some other stuff there that he thought was cool, maybe just stuff that came with the apartment.

Connor listened for people as he walked through the door and into the hallway. He turned to the left and just started to walk. He figured he would either on into a dead end or another person.

	Juno was just coming home from classes (trying to keep up her attendance even though she was technically from several years in the future), and from swimming at the Y that afternoon. She was heading back up to her apartment when she saw the kid coming down the hall. "Hey," she greeted him with a smile and a wave. "You're Connor, right? I'm Juno. We're sort of neighbors." Connor was just looking around the hall. Wondering where he was exactly and where he should go. He could always go back to the apartment and eat everything made to sugar there.

He took a few steps back when some girl said hi to him. Mostly because he didn't notice her before she spoke. Not the smile or the wave, just the sudden female voice. After a second he went back to energetic Connor.

"Hi," Connor beamed. "Juno? That's a weird name."

	"Oh, sorry, I didn't mean to startle you," she said, looking a little sheepish in spite of being mostly grown up. "I know it's a funny name, my dad was really into Greco-Roman mythology. "Greco-Roman?" Connor asked. Sure he was pretty smart for a kid his age but he didn't know everything. If her name had something to do with dinosaurs he probably would have referenced it right away. Mythology? Not all the information was there. "Wasn't Hera the queen of the gods?" It was the only one he'd heard of.

He looked past her down the hall. "Not really, just going out," hoping that she wasn't going to tell him that he couldn't.

	"Greek and Roman," Juno clarified, "But you're right--Hera was what they called her in Greece, and the Romans called her Juno." She smiled at him. She had never been able to keep the Greek gods and their Roman counterparts strait until recently, after several someones had gotten sick of hearing her mix them up. "Want some company?"
