WHO: Rose Tyler and the Doctor
WHAT: Fun tiems after truth
WHEN: After the mountain of calls
WHERE: Rose's flat
RATING: TBA
STATUS: In Progress

Rose could not have been happier. Even the mind killing hangover seemed to have fallen to nothing. She had thought for a while that having to tell the truth, being compelled to say things she had wanted to keep silent, would only end badly. But now, with the Doctor's admitting his feelings for her, well she couldn't care less what she told everyone. Though it would be best if she done what she could to ensure no one found out those things she'd rather keep quiet. Especially when it came to things to do with her youth or even some of the things she has witnessed during her travels. Some people just weren't ready for that.

She had called the Doctor as soon as she had got his messages and it was only a few seconds until he said he was coming to see her. That had obviously caused her to do a mad dash to get cleaned up. Her flat wasn't exactly a mess, but she did have some bottles lying about as well as clothing. Her main problem would be herself. It wouldn't take the Doctor long to get here, so she had jumped into the shower for the quickest shower she had ever had before she found some jeans and a top to through on.

She had just finished blow drying her hair when she heard a knock at the door. Throwing the towels from her shower into the laundry basket, she padded on bare feet to the door, wondering for a moment why he might have knocked. But that didn't matter, maybe he was just being polite. Once she saw him, however, she couldn't keep the smile from her face.

"Hello."

She had to be telling the truth, so he smiled and leaned in, pressing his lips briefly against her forehead, inhaling the scent of her freshly washed hair. He wasn't sure what time it was - he'd been up all night, trying to work out how to to talk to Rose, and he'd been cleaning in the pub when she'd called him. He didn't need much sleep.

"Did I wake you?" he asked, referring to the missed phone calls from last night. His hand slipped down her cheek, tracing the familiar curve with a thoughtful expression suddenly creasing his forehead, as if he was trying to work out a puzzle. Then his eyes locked back on hers, and a slow smile blossomed wonkily over his face.

She smiled when he kissed her forehead, running her hands down his back before one trailed back up to settle around his neck once more. She would give anything to know what he was thinking but if it was something he had felt the need to share he would have done so. Would have been made to do so, actually.

"No. I had a bit of a late night last night, an earthquake couldn't have woken me," she said with a soft laugh, hating that truth thing for a moment. But then he was giving her a thoughtful look before grinning and she raised her eyebrow in curiousity. "What?"
