========================================

Clark felt that it was time that there was a new strategy. Permanently stopping a handful of vampires each night on patrol, whether done by himself or others, wasn't really cutting it. The numbers were pretty much still the same and people were still hurting and dying because of it. Now granted, doing what he'd been doing so far was all well and good, since lives were being rescued from danger. But there must be a better way. A way to actually make a dent, an impact on the situation. The answer seemed to be that if you took out a great number of them, like ten to thirty of them in one spot.. what hunters refer to as a "nest"... then that would do well to reduce their numbers. Hopefully there were only two or three total nests. He hoped to at least get to one tonight.

And so he had sent a message to Faith, a Slayer. He had been looking around the city lately, as well as going through town records and had come across a type of building that wasn't licensed for use. meaning, probably shut down. He was looking forward to working with someone so he had been glad to have gotten a response to his network post. They could probably get more done as two rather than one. He was now standing somewhere downtown in near a few buildings and had just given Faith his locations. He was still dressed in his usual jeans and blue shirt, with red jacket.. which unfortunately had a torn sleeve and a puncture in the back. He'd definitely need to buy a new one. He'd need a new shirt, since that earlier knife attack had went through the back of it as well. But for now he simply waited for the other fighter to arrive so they could get down to the business of hunting.

"Hey," Clark said, waving as he saw the woman approaching him. Had to be her. Faith, the Slayer. It was good to know that there had been others out here besides himself that were taking care of the undead problem. Maybe they could actually make an impact on their population.. hopefully. There was a chance.

"Faith, right? I'm Clark. So.. I have been doing some research and found that there's a building, lots of space inside, but not up to par as far as zoning laws go.. or some red tape about it. Might be a chance that a large group is being holed up there during day hours." He shrugged. "Maybe if we take out enough, it'll make those two.. female vamps have to work extra harder." Or stop, but he doubted it. But maybe they'd get the hint that it wouldn't be so easy to terrorize people when there were still those who fought back. He was also curious to see how a Slayer fought. He'd never actually went on patrol with any of them before.. but maybe it wasn't so different than joining up with one of his own team members for a mission.
