Lucas lay in bed next to Brooke watching her sleep. She looked so beautiful and so peaceful.

He looked at her bump and ran his fingers over it.

His eyes widened when he felt the baby kick.

"Wow. Brooke," he said, gently nudging her. He knew she'd want to feel the baby move. "Brooke!"

	"Well you deserve it, fiancee," he said, smiling. "French toast it is," he said. He kissed her forehead before he jumped out of bed and made her some french toast. He brewed some coffee and cut up some fruit. He placed it all, along with a jug of juice, on a tray and walked back into the bedroom. He set down the tray. "Breakfast for my two favorite girls."
