Billy walked to Penny's house, wringing his hands nervously all the way. He didn't want to do this, he really, really didn't.

But he was lying to her. And that was wrong, and not fair to her, and he was risking everything they had by keeping it from her.

Of course, telling her would risk everything too. But he knew telling her the truth would go down much better than her finding out another way.

He'd always wanted to use Dr Horrible to show her what he could do. But being with her had turned that upside down, because for some reason, she liked Billy. And now he was worried she wasn't going to like the other part of him.

He stood outside her door, taking several deep breaths before he knocked.
