Molly just blinked at his initial comment. Any other child might have felt a bit uneasy at the statement. She, however, had been told that enough times by others that it seemed a commonplace thing to say to her. She was always safe, according to the grown-ups in her life.
It was just a pity that she didn't always believe that, anymore.
Still, he was right. Danko wasn't anywhere near them, so she was safe for the time being. Which let her relax and continue smiling. She even answered his question without any real pause.
"Molly," she said simply. "Molly Walker. And it's nice to meet you, Castiel." She paused then, for a heartbeat, before asking a question of her own.
"Who do you know from back home?"
To her, it was a fair question. He'd asked, she'd answered, it was only right he did the same in return. Granted she had no way of knowing what a loaded question she was asking, but even if she'd known, chances are Molly still would have asked. Fair was fair, after all.
