Whipped by winds til it was hard to stand, Angela struggled forward in the darkness, ignoring the sand that was beating against her face. Raising a hand to shield her eyes, Angela squinted through the sand before shifting her arm up when her hand proved not to be enough. Her stomach was turning, flopping at the setting that seemed to be laid out in front of her. It wasn't. It couldn't be. She dreamed of the future. Why was it showing her the past?

But here it was, Coyote Sands Relocation Camp spread out in front of her with only a little bit of decay, almost as though it had only been abandoned a few years prior instead of several decades. Stepping towards the assembled buildings, trying not to get sick at the sight, Angela took a few deep breaths as her eyes scanned the area, honing in on the one building that she knew she was more likely to spot whom she was supposed to.

Seeing the figure of her sister through the dust storm that had been whipped up to protect the outer rims of the camp, Angela stepped into the clear area that weaved in between the buildings, exhaling slowly as she took another step towards the figure of the younger girl who had stopped and turned to look at her. They stared like that for a long moment before the scenery warped, changing, and both were heaved from the desert camp into the library of Colligo.

NO! It's not safe!

The words echoed in her mind as Angela jerked awake, heart racing in her chest as she glanced around in the dark. It couldn't be. It wasn't... But it was.

"Alice?"

"She was thirteen the last time I saw her," Angela said quietly, even though that wasn't completely the truth and yet completely the truth at the same time. "The weather was mostly controlled by her emotions, not her."

And whatever age she might be showing up here as, that didn't look like it had changed much. So there really was only one course of action, and Angela was determined to take it. "What now is that I find her and try and get her to calm down. If she keeps this up, the city will be leveled or flooded or buried," She said, shaking her head. "It all just depends on how upset she gets."

It really was no wonder to Angela why Alice had thought that she was dangerous to the world when things went haywire like this. But Alice was still her baby sister, no matter how much older Angela might be than her. Alice was still her little Aly-Cat, and she always would be. No matter... No matter how much Alice might hate her for what she did.

Noah didn't even blink at Angela's statement. If anything, her words made him even more secure in his decision. Without missing a beat, he met her gaze and stated quite simply, "We."

He glanced toward the window at a particularly loud clap of thunder. Noah then looked back to Angela with the smallest of smiles upon his face. An expression of determination far more than pleasure, though. He was going to join her for this impromptu reunion. His mind was more than made up.

"You're not going out there alone." He wasn't asking her for permission to tag along or suggesting someone go with her. She was not going alone. It was that simple to him. "Besides," he pointed out on the off chance she might be intending upon objecting, "I can stop her from wiping out half of the city, if it gets to that."

As much as Angela might have hated it, Noah had a point. He was the only one here that would be able to keep Alice from doing something that she'd hate herself for if she wasn't able to calm down. Frowning at Noah for a long moment, Angela sighed as her expression relaxed, and she shook her head slowly.

"All right. If you're tagging along, go and grab a jacket," Angela said as she turned back towards her closet and pulled the heaviest one out. "We're going to need them."

They'd be lucky if they didn't end up needing something to anchor them to the ground because of strong winds.
