WHO: God (Closed)
WHAT: Exploring the city.
WHEN: A few hours after this.
WHERE: Near one of the skee-ball arcades.
RATING: G
STATUS: Complete!

After exchanging a few brief conversations with a few of the locals courtesy of Her PDA, God - now going by Emmanuelle in order to keep everyone from discovering who She was just yet - made Her way to the nearest skee-ball arcade. She took Her time, first going by the bank to collect the money promised to Her. The manager there was not a nice man by any means but She refrained from doing anything to correct that error. He would receive his comeuppance soon enough.

Instead She gave half of the money to a homeless man She passed on the street (She had considered donating it to a local parish who were out attempting to raise awareness of the word of God but decided that would be a bit too self-serving) and took the rest with Her with every intention of using it to play the one game that had managed to grab and keep Her attention throughout all of humanity's history.

Skee-ball. It really was quite an amazing, if simplistic, concept and one that She could spend hours divulging in without nary a thought to much else.

This time was no different and it was nearly three hours later that She stepped away from the skee-ball machine, collected her tickets, and gave them to a small child who had just had a handful of his own stolen by another boy. Patting him affectionately on the head as he beamed up at Her, she tweaked his nose and then exited the arcade with every intention of going to see Aziraphale and Castiel.

Although first, She decided to explore a bit.

It was one of the drawbacks, She supposed, to being an all-knowing deity. She was aware of every nook and cranny of the city without ever having stepped foot in it before. However, She had yet to see it through the eyes of a human and so that is what She set out to do. She wandered the streets, smiling the entire while as though aware of some sort of joke that others were not (She was), skipping about as though She might be a bit touched in the head (She wasn't), and peering at everything that She passed with wide eyes filled with wonder.

After a while, She managed to find herself near Apartment Building D and decided Her time for exploring had come to an end. She had much to discuss with those she could speak with - her most loyal of all creations - and now seemed as good of a time as any.

Besides. She could always do a bit more interacting with humanity afterward. And play more skee-ball, of course.
