Oh, right. The muggle thing. I don't know a lot how it works either.

But this place is called Colligo. I think it might be on another planet or reality or something, but people get brought here from their homes and just kind of chucked in and... well, told to get on with it. I don't get it, to be honest. But I've been here a while and we're just... stuck.
