It's really not necessary to state that - rules of civil procedure dictate I stay away from your room and things, and I follow those with the utmost precision.

I think we will need to define 'quiet', a 'reasonable man standard' should apply. Because I am not about to not make any noise.

And, really, I didn't choose to stay with you, I had no say in the decision making process.

	Are your sisters here? Maybe one of them and I could just switch? It would be super easy as I haven't actually moved in yet. And, now, you need to define 'distasteful', again, 'reasonable man standard' - because I know for a fact I will not take Jessica Simpson off my play list, it is my one shameful music indulgence.
