Not entirely sure on that one, but I speculate they're made of some sort of metal with a high durability ratio.

Uh-huh ... What is with the lack of straightforward English in this place? Is it weird that I understood that?

Make sense since this isn't Earth. Hasn't been a metal on that planet that I couldn't bend. Makes me wonder about the thing or person bringing everybody here. Was it too much to make them easy to beat on? Bad enough that we're stuck here, relief of tension had to be out of the question too

That's taking the Trekkie-ness a bit far. Seriously. I'm totally in love with Star Wars but you don't see me claiming to be Unless ... No the fuck way. This place is weird but not that weird. Is it? No one's said anything about fictional characters come to life. Then again, I'm the girl in costume with superpowers. But meteor freaks are real. Earth is still looking for it's Final Frontier.
