What strange shadowrealm has my master seen fit to imprison me on? It’s seems that he has decided to be uncharacteristically nice about all of this.

But this shadowrealm seems quite strange to have been created by an elder. Though the knights and people around here for the most part seem as unhelpful as I would expect.

I thank you kindly for your well wishing. Though I do plan on finding the exit to this shadowrealm as soon as I can.

You're welcome. I'm afraid there isn't an exit, unless the being responsible for bringing us here decides to return us to our own realities, which could happen at any point and is solely up to his discretion.

All shadowlands have an exit. But I gather from what you have said it is not an easy one to find. But I do have the time too look.

Obviously there's an exit. However, in the time since I've been here, no one has located it yet so I can only assume it's one that can only be accessed by its creator.

I appreciate your advice greatly from someone who has been here for some time I would assume. You must be a kind soul to help out someone who is new to here.

It's really no problem. I believe in helping those when I can. It seems the right thing to do.

Also, I seem to have forgotten to introduce myself. I'm Molly Suresh. It's nice to meet you.

Then I was right you must have a kind soul.

That is quite all right. I'm Machiavelli. It is a pleasure to meet you.

You aren't the first person to say that, however I also believe in humility so I'll simply say thank you.

I should also warn you that there are likely going to be those here who will recognize your name. I can't speak for other realities but the name Machiavelli is quite a well-known one in my own reality.

A hard learned skill humility is. But you are very welcome.

It is well known in mine as well though few know too much about me beyond The Prince.

Personally, I preferred Discorsi sopra la prima Deca di Tito Livio, but I suppose your point is still one in the same. Then again, there have been a fair few others who are in a similar position, here. Known solely for their works and little else.

Thank you. I've worked rather hard in my own realm to move beyond that part of my life. Actually put many of those into theories of which I wrote into practice.

I wish I could say that's surprising but, considering I've met quite a few others who are also a part of history yet live in modern times, I'm not terribly surprised at all. However, I do look forward to seeing what sort of affect you have on the city as a whole and, of course, individuals themselves as well during your stay here.

You would be surprised at how many are still living in these time. I recently found out the Bard of Avon is still alive and was instrumental in defeating Cernunnos.

I am looking forward to it as well should be quiet the interesting challenge.
