Oh my God. Oh my God. Oh my freaking God.

Bee, we're cartoons. My name was Spike. Freaking Spike. Do you believe that? Spike. Holy crap. Who nicknames their kid 'Spike'? And since when have I ever worked on an oil-rig? I
Cartoon. That's not even cool.

Haaah, you should see your design in this thing. It's so wrong.
80s cartoon. From the 80s. So you know the animation sucks, anyway, and all the humans have big hair and jeans that go up to our rib-cages.

I can't believe it's for real.

Megatron looks considerably less intimidating, somehow, when he has a bucket for a head. And Starscream is incredibly colourful and screechy. I now understand why 'scream' is a part of his name.

... Spike.

Oh my God, I thought you looked familiar. All my childhood icons are here, it's very weird.

Yeah, Shatner was pretty awesomely dramatic. If it's any consolation, that's pretty much the end of his career until he started doing commercials. Then again, Star Trek--and then Star Wars a couple years after it--kind of defined a genre, so he probably never needed to work again.

I don't know if I'll ever get used to being someone's childhood icon. Superman's here, too. Used to read all those old comic books when I was a kid. Kinda surreal -- this whole place is one meshing of things that should never mesh.

Good. The guy makes me look like an idiot with a speech impediment. How that show made money escapes me. That's not the Enterprise. That ship looks like it would fall out of the sky.

Sci-Fi was kind of my thing. And now look, my life is a Sci-Fi movie. .. Literally, come to think of it. I think giant alien robots trumps Klingons on the I-can't-believe-this-is-happening factor any day.

Well, it was pretty impressive for its time. And then The Next Generation came along and everyone fell in love all over again.
