Wow, Danvers, what the hell mess have you got yourself into this time? At least I can honestly say I have no idea how this happened.

Okay, here's the thing. I'm supposed to be home in three hours. I'm supposed to check in at home in one hour. If I don't call, guaranteed one hour after that at the very most, Dad is going to be ready to call in the Pack troops and start a full Nation Search. Let it be known now, it's not my fault if people get hurt. You shouldn't just randomly take people's daughter's if you don't want people hurt. It's a fact.

That being said. What? Seriously? Walking suits of armor?

Sounds like a terribly over protective father, you have.

Walking suits of armor that can't be dented, swayed, or damaged it seems.

You have no idea.

I gathered that after the first hit that ended up with me in more pain that I thought would happen. I don't like it.

Believe me, I didn't like it either.

Least you didn't come in while it was pouring rain?

Ah, you've got a protective dad too?

What's wrong with rain?

I mean I don't like the tin men that you meet when first coming here. I haven't had a father in a long time and he wasn't all that protective when he was alive.

It rained for like two weeks straight. Not all that fun.

Oh. My bad. Sorry.

What, no Noah's Arc sitting in the middle of the city? You'd think people would need one after two solid weeks.

No problem. Not like I'm sad over it or anything.

You'd think. But no. No Arc. Was interesting though. A little annoying, but interesting.

A little annoying? If I wanted to swim, I'd find a river or a pool or something along those lines. You're right, thank god I missed that one.

I've seen my fair share of natural disasters? After several of those a monsoon isn't all that fearful.

I wouldn't call two weeks of rain fearful, I think I've been through worse. Never seen a monsoon though.

You'd be surprised how easy it can be sometimes to set people into a panic. Take away their sun for a couple weeks, pouring rain, small earthquakes.

A Nation wide search for a missing phone call sounds a bit much.
I mean there's protective and then there's Clay over baring.

My name's Katherine Danvers.

I don't have a kid. I think I'd know if I did, being I'd have to spend nine months pregnant and, me guessing here but, with the boys never leaving me alone while I am. The sheer annoyance factor I can foresee for that event wouldn't let me forget something so important. Then there's the years raising a daughter because you don't look that young.

Besides, like you just asked. My last name is Michaels, not Danvers.

That's because you haven't had me yet. You were older than 32.

But traditionally kids take on the last name of their fathers. I was told Dad offered to call us Michaels instead of Danvers, but since its his and Grandpa Jeremy's last name, you went with that.

Clay and I aren't even the kid type. Not with the work we do.

I hate to say it, but this sounds crazy...

Sounds kind of like my older sister. She doesn't take very well to family disappearing. Except Piper is more of the blow stuff up until you give her what she wants, then the trusting the police (unless it's Darryl) to do anything for her

Definitely. She's been known to cause a lot of hell when someone she cares about gets hurt or just disappears into thin air. And don't get me started on her ranting. She's one the most powerful witches in our world, if not the most powerful. Even without Wyatt giving her a boost Something describes Piper, pretty well. She's awesome. In general. And pretty damn scary when she's really pissed off. As opposed to mildly pissed off which is Piper on most days
