Because he was here before and we both moved on. I came to terms with my past, and what he did, and he's made amends for it all. I'm not going to suddenly turn my back on him now just because he's been out of the city for a while.

No. Why would he? He already has our ability. He took that from me long before we both showed up here.

Look, I'm not saying you have to like him or talk to him or anything. But he really has changed. He has control over his ability and doesn't feel the same compulsion he used to. I know that probably doesn't mean a whole lot but I promise, he isn't going to go on a massive killing spree or anything.

This version of him already has our ability, though. There's no point in him just randomly slicing open our heads since that's all he was after to begin with.

Pretty busy. Running the clinic has been more than a full-time job, especially since it blew up last month, but I've taken June off. We have more than enough doctors now, and I wanted a chance to spend time with the family. Bo just got a puppy. Her name is Colleen and she eats everything. Nate's back in town and so's an alternate version of Claire.

And you got here right after they stopped a hell god from Buffy trying to kill everyone. You miss all the excitement.
