Haruka shook her head, waving the idea off. “No, it’s not bad. It’s new to you. Most new concepts are often hard to grasp.” She paused, her lip between her teeth as she tried to think of some other way to explain it. It was hard, given that she didn’t want to make her think she was trying to force the belief of an emotion other then happiness into her, but it was hard not to do so and still get her to realize what it was that the normal human being experienced. “Sometimes, it’s just that… well, having… unpleasant feelings like… anger, sadness, moodiness, jealousy… They… they make the pleasant ones… That much more intense. That much more meaningful. Doesn’t it ever get… boring being just happy all of the time?” She offered, her forehead wrinkling in thought. She would think it would drive anyone crazy, but she was also not affected by the curse, either.
Smiling gently at the way she reacted at the mention of Naruto, Haruka was aware she had hit the perfect topic. A boyfriend was something that one could easily be corrupted through – and hopefully corrupt as well. Perhaps she could get the two to become color by acting with one another. It would be killing to birds with one stone, in a manner of speaking.
“That’s great! It must be nice to be so close to someone.” She smiled as the waitress brought her her soda, taking a sip from it before she continued. “So how… much have you two done with one another, if you don’t mind me asking?”
