I feel pretty, oh so pretty [Active] Who: Near (thehermit) and Mello (bitterrosary) What: Near was dared by Mello to only wear dresses. Mello was dared by Near to speak like a Japanese schoolgirl, and wear anything but leather; and he was also dared by Matt to give Near a haircut. Of course, they have to meet. :| When: Now? Where: The cafeteria Warnings: None as of yet, but we all know how unpredictable these two can be.
Near looked at the mirror once again. "I can't believe I accepted his dare. This is ridiculous," he said to himself, trying one of the dresses the closet had given to him. Between light pink, purple, and bright green... He sighed almost inaudibly, choosing the light pink dress. He tried it on, and crossed his arms as he glared at the mirror on the closet, as if that would make it stop giving him dresses.
How great. He was hungry and had to go to the cafeteria, and would have to do so like this. It wasn't as bad as being Schuldig and Mello's slave (he still felt uncomfortable at the thought, and not in a good way), but it was still unpleasant. At least the closet had given up on presenting high heeled shoes to him, and chosen some sandals instead. They were still girly, but at least he wouldn't take the risk of spraining his ankle as easily.
He frowned at the scars on his neck and shoulder, wishing for something that would cover them, if only barely. Opening the closet, he noticed with annoyance that the closet had given him a black silk scarf to go along with his "pretty" outfit. Not seeing any other choice but to put it on, Near wrapped the scarf around his neck, letting it fall slightly on his shoulder, and walked out the door, thankful that at least the black sandals were comfortable.
The walk to the cafeteria seemed longer than usual, and Near was glad he hadn't found that many people on his way there. Luckily for him, there weren't that many people in the cafeteria either, so he calmly made his way to the buffet and looked around. After glancing at the food on display, he picked some kind of pasta with fish, grabbed a water bottle, and a chocolate cake for dessert. Still hoping no one would recognize him or come talk to him, he walked to a quiet corner of the room, always alert in case anyone appeared.
