"You too!" She said somewhat brightly, trying her best to sound friendly. She had just been thinking about the great influx of people lately who she didn't get to meet. This was a good opportunity. Many people seemed to already know one another on their arrival... which was good for them, really. That didn't seem to happen often, but so many people at once was too much to take. She could have sworn their population was growing every day now.
He kept staring at her but she supposed it was okay for now albeit slightly uncomfortable. She just stared right back. It was getting darker anyway and everything else around her felt too familiar to be interested in. That's what happened after months of the mundane. Even the curses were becoming a pastime for her now.
"Hopefully everything about this place has already been explained to you. It can get a little confusing at first but," she shrugged. "Actually, it gets a little tiring to explain every time too, though I know it has to be done..." Trailing off, she moved her gaze toward some trees to her right, losing thought for a moment before looking back to him. "Were you on your way back to the hotel?"
