Nightminds [Active] Who: Sakura (sakurablossoms) and Naruto (jinchuuriki) and maybe a small bit of Asuka (antabaka though I'll probably just post her bits from this journal LMAO) What: Birthday present givings! Then some woe as Asuka disappears and they find her dead :( Where: Sakura's Room When: Now. Warnings: Some fluff, a little bit of cursing, death, and sad Sakura :( :( :( :(
Naruto peeked out of his bedroom door, glancing up and down the hall and wondering whether or not he really had given the brightest of ideas in saying he'd go to Sakura's room. He wasn't one to admit when something completely freaked him out - or at least, not often - and this was no different. These... Vampires, as they were called, were enough to make his stomach feel queasy. He didn't see anyone at that particular moment, but that didn't necessarily mean anything. Biting at his inner lip, he closed the door again, tempted to comment to Sakura once again and say that maybe he should just wait until morning, but that would've made him look cowardly or something. So, taking a deep breath and reminding himself that he was Uzumaki Naruto and no one could stop the future Hokage from seeing HIS friend, he grabbed the door handle, tiptoed out, and quietly closed the door behind him.
Then bolted as fast as he could down the hall.
Arriving seconds later in front of Sakura's door, he had been about to knock when a red-headed, irritated looking girl opened the door instead. He had been very close to hitting her in the face, but stopped his hand before it could, and gave Sakura's roommate a bright smile, only to see her get yanked back seconds later.
"I'M HUNGRY AND I DON'T WANT TO WAIT!" Asuka whined. Not wanting to wait out int he hall and risk getting fed upon by those subjected to the curse, Naruto pushed himself inside, closing the door behind him, and tried his best to not snicker at Asuka's stormy attitude as she went back to her bed and grabbed a book to read. She was muttering something in some language he didn't understand at all. He shrugged, looking to Sakura, and grinned, pulling a small box from his pocket and thrusting it into her hands.
"Happy Birthday!" He paused, before adding, "The present is inside, too. So it's not like I didn't wrap it."
