There were many reactions that could've taken place in that moment. He was tempted for the 'oh, look, a distraction as distracted them - let me run now' choice, but he foot was caught and ruffling up the sheets didn't seem like a very good idea right then. As it was, he swallowed down the impulse to point out to Sakura that Raito was technically bothering them, and she hadn't helped him leave, instead choosing to take a moment, gain his bearings and look at this from a sensible view.
Which... was impossible. As he couldn't see the sensible side in this. And that looming feeling seemed to pry at his feelings, making him -- almost want to wait for Agito to appear, even though Kira waited for no one. Hanging on to that sane line of thought, Yagami narrowed his eyes at the two in detached suspicion, getting a foot on the floor so he could at least sit up.
Was Akito one of those unnaturally-powered people? No - he had... SPD. A split personality. Agito wasn't real, just a figment. Even if his thoughts wanted to convince him differently, Raito just tried to remember that (something was effecting his memory; how could that happen?) "... Split personality," Kira finally mumbled out, if only to reassure himself and counter Sakura's idea of someone being there physically. "That you can... talk to?"
