“….You still have responsibility for Jade’s death. Even if it was due to the program, it was still your blade that killed him. However, death is not permanent here. Jade should return three days from now.” Nata muttered aloud, his own eyes drifting away from Lost Soul and over to the window. It was a nice day outside despite everything that had happened. He felt sorry for Akito who seemed the most attached to Jade so far, but again, death was not permanent…but that didn’t make it any less wrong. Death was painful for others, that was easy to see just by observing. He had no doubt that if any if his party died, it would hurt, even the news of Jade stung like his hand. “I am glad you broke the program, that you can no longer hear her voice….” He sighed, and he really was. Perhaps now there really would be less fighting and death and Lost Soul could enjoy this place as much as he did. Not wanting to leave…being able to have so much freedom.
“You still broke our promise…I trusted you. I asked Captain Cid and Jade to do the same, I told them that you would not hurt anyone…” His words were whispered, trying to hard to keep a blank tone to them. “You should not make a promise you cannot keep and if you really do feel remorse you should apologize….to Jade and to Akito.”
