Winter Musicland with Technosexual!
Welcome to the NanashiDome! Hope the weather didn't make it too hard for you all to get here but all the same it's about time to get the blood flowing and the party started!
We open things with a rousing rendition of Vertigo (U2) and welcome you all to the concert!
Thanks for coming even though the weather outside is frightful, but the music inside's delightful! And speaking of music let's introduce the band! On vocals, keyboard, and flute is Tsukasa Shuro (boybandbait)! On drums and vocals is Manic the Hedgehog (crazy_quills)! On backup vocals, Elise (just_smile)! Over there on vocals, guitar, piano, bass guitar, and whatever else we need him to play (the guy's a real trooper!) is KAITO (ukerobo)! On keytar is Len Kagamine (leftmirror)! Then over here we have Dante (not_a_retard) on guitar and vocals and Rin (rightmirror) on guitar! And finally on dual pianos are Spitfire (flamingstylist) and Sano Yasuyoshi (fabulous_clock)!
We've got a great show in store for you guys, so let's get goin'!
A quick trek into the audience as the music starts up again and Shuro pulls Zidane (thiefmaster) up on stage to help her sing Footloose (Kenny Loggins).
Then it's time start getting in the mood for the holidays with a round of 03. Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree (Brenda Lee).
And who says a band can't have a sense of humor? Concerts are for fun, right? And The Internet is for Porn (Avenue Q)!
As awesome as porn and internet are, though, this is a concert, so Please Don't Stop the Music (Rihanna).
Then it's time for Manic to step up as the music gets a bit heavier with In the Shadows (The Rasmus).
But no matter how heavy it gets we all can get high by With a Little Help From my Friends (The Beatles).
Speaking of friends, there's a whole bunch of them around that've been getting everyone into this whole underground skating culture. This song, Sk8er Boi (Avril Lavigne), is for them!
Now hey, that new stuff's pretty good, but some of us still like that Old Time Rock and Roll (Bob Seger).
At the halfway mark now, and Shuro's coming out completely transformed (long hair and boobs and all) to sing Shutup and Drive (Rihanna).
And who's driving? Why, Teen Titans Go! (Puffy Amiyumi), of course! With a little audience backup vocals by our resident Christmas-colored heroes, Robin _redbird and Beast Boy animality.
Heroes save the world, sure, but sometimes All You Need is Love (The Beatles).
And a little more Christmas spirit, so bring out those Jingle Bells (Brian Setzer Orchestra)!
Cue up the little green drummer hedgehog one more time to heavy things up again and say Thanks For the Memories (Fallout Boy).
But then the mood is broken again as Shuro tells her now-gone boyfriend that All I Want for Christmas is You (Mariah Carey).
Then it's Dante and KAITO singing the epic duet El Tango De Roxanne (Moulin Rouge!).
It's about time to lightening things up again, though, so let's bring out Elise to give us a little Caramelldansen (Caramell)!
And since she's up there already, no reason not to join her in singing about how Life is a Highway (Rascal Flatts). Even if you're stuck in a memory-wiping alternate dimension.
Then it's time to look back on the year and see How Far We've Come (Matchbox Twenty) and, finally, look ahead to the coming year and maybe make a few resolutions for the coming new year with an Affirmation (Savage Garden) or two.
As the last song comes to a close, the band takes their bows and takes their exists and the stage lights fade.
Only to come back up before the crowd's cheering has died down too much and the band comes back on for an encore and the final song of the evening, Carol of the Bells (Trans Siberian Orchestra)!
We hope you guys had a great time tonight and happy holidays!
