Alright partner...
Who: Cloud (deliveryboy) and Nero (devilbringer)
What: Meeting for the FIRST DAMN TIME after Cloud returned to CW.
When: Early evening.
Where: Somewhere around the city.
Warnings: TBA?
It hadn't been so bad, to be back to that place, still boring at times, still with psychos around, but hell, he was alive in there, in contact with people he liked, and doing what he wanted. It wasn't home, yeah, but he knew that even if he went back, he wouldn't be able to see or talk to his family and friends, so that place kinda replaced the place he was going to be back at home anyway. There was no point of feeling bad about it, he had done what he had to do back in his world, he gave his life protecting the ones he loved, and that, in a way, made him feel he had succeeded, and something deep inside told him that everything there was going to be ok, even if without him. The only thing he would regret, is that he had promised his little friend, Denzel, that he would return and never leave again, hopefully he'd understand.
One thing that hadn't changed at all is that he kept thinking too much, doing whatever he did, unless he was fighting. And so he found himself thinking about home, while he was testing the last motorbike he had fixed. He had to thank Sano for telling him about that job... Although he wasn't doing exactly what he was hired for, he had proven to be much more useful in the garage than in the counter. All those nights fixing his own Fenrir were showing. And knowing he might be able to actually get that bike agai—
Wait, wait... Cloud was suddenly dragged out of his thoughts when he recognized a blurry spot of colours, blue, red and ... white? «Nero...?» Well, well, he didn't expect to find his friend there specially after a few unsuccessful tries to find him, not that he had tried really hard to bring his attention. They haven't really talked that much since Cloud had returned, mainly because of the blonde's fault, he was kinda avoiding him... just a little. He had the idea Nero was a bit mad at him, after all, the last times he talked to him before returning home, Cloud had been a complete jerk and utterly depressed to make much sense anymore. Not to mention the very last time he talked to him, being a kid for some stupid mistake he brought upon himself, he didn't even remember him. Then returning a month later, just to be cynical about his own death at him... It wasn't something that the young man seemed to like much...
The hell with pride, he missed him and needed to say hi face to face already.
Cloud pressed the break and gave a dangerous and fast U turn, making the front wheel of the bike, of that tinny, tinny little bike from Cloud's point of view, rise from the ground like a metallic horse just to accelerate again and reach where Nero was.
"H-Hey..." He said in a happy awkward way after taking his black shades off.
