GOOD MORNING CLOCKWORK FAMILY

IT'S THE EXTREME MAKEOVER TEAM!

...only not, not really. No ambiguously gay decorators nor badass demolition teams. What you have here is nothing but a building picking up the pieces to become what it was before.

Some of you might be doing a good job cleaning things up, I'm sure the citizens are doing their share to help out, and that shows. The clean, eerily empty rooms and hallways are slowly coming back to the way they were. Simple and functional, not yet ready for the luxury the premises offered you characters. The walls slowly rose. In some places, you can see a clean, but dull carpet covering the floor. The doors have clean frames, and so do the windows. Most of the rubble is gone, or fading.

But who said that humans were the only ones allowed to make mistakes?

Imagine you are in a hallway, walking with a companion to get to your destination - whatever that is. There's a small cupboard against the wall on your left, right ahead of you, and on it, a lamp that attempts to illuminate a part of your path.

You keep going, and give a step forward, and the cupboard is still against the wall on your right--

--wait. Right?

So it would seem. And yet, as if nothing happened, the lamp is still in the same place, as if held by a wire, hovering on the air. And the small cupboard is right on the opposite side.

You and your companion turn to each other to discuss the matter. You might be surprised, you might be amused, you might be terrified. Are the ghosts back and playing tricks?

And yet, suddenly, you find yourselves back to back instead.

And you, who happened to be suddenly facing a window, see its glass cracking, breaking, shattering to pieces that fall on the floor. Careful now, don't step on the broken glass. Except that if you blink, you'll see the glass intact again. And you, who happened to be suddenly facing a window, see its glass cracking, breaking, shattering to pieces that fall on the floor. Careful now, don't step on the broken glass.

...hmm. Deja vu?

Let's make this simpler for you. The building is picking up the pieces, it's rebuilding itself. Yet, it seems it's making a few mistakes. Geographically speaking, it's mutating. You'll find yourself in the middle of that transaction. Most objects you'll see will be misplaced the next second. Careful where you're going, don't end up in a broom closet. And make sure that staircase is going to end where you think it's going to end.

And if you see that black cat passing by you after grooming its fur. Don't worry. It might just happen again.
