"I was thinking Lost but same comparison," he replied, shrugging. "Either way, we're screwed black and blue. If someone wants to try and take the leadership reins, let 'em. Doesn't mean anyone is going to listen." He could only imagine the headache that would come with setting up a new body of law, government, a way to rule. Democracy wasn't going to work well right off the bat.
Eliot shook his head. "If someone was pulling strings, we would've known about it by now. People have been looking this city up one side and down the other since they got here and no one has found proof that it is anyone but us around here. Most likely what we're looking at is it was our captors but now that we're dead, it's a free for all."
