New Comm - City Of Clouds Mail
Hey all,
You may (or may not) have noticed that there is a new comm attached to the game.

cityocloudsmail - is where your characters can put up messages, posters, notes etc on the noticeboards situated around the city (once we figure out exactly where they all are), for now they'll be at least one in the Promenade and one in the Apartment Towers' reception.
It will also be the comm where characters can be left personal mail in their mail lockers.
Asylum invites should have gone out to all characters
