Allison sat in her basket, staring at the door, just waiting for it to open. It had been almost five days since Eterna had last spent time with her, and even then at the club, she'd left her with Emerson, and while that wasn't a problem, it didn't explain the last few days at home. After their talk in her bedroom, this had been the last type of reaction she expected. It was as though she was waiting for Allison to do something, and she didn't know what it was she wanted. She'd spent her time doing chores around the house, before returning to the study, half expecting Eterna to be sitting in there waiting for her, but she never was.

Finally, she looked up as the door opened, and she crawled on all fours over to her, whimpering at the sight of the woman, and she licked her fingertips. It was degrading, but for the time being she didn't care - she wanted attention, and she was going to get it.

Eterna had been ignoring Allison, although not entirely on purpose. She had been rather busy, particularly surrounding social events. In part it was because of Emerson if truth be told. Her slave had clearly wanted him and she was more than happy to allow them to have their fun. Allison was her slave though. Her pet. The girl needed to show her that she needed her Mistress that she wanted Eterna too. That had been what she was waiting for.

She entered the room, thinking ahead to tonight's dinner party at the esteemed Doctor's house. Eterna ought to be getting ready soon, she needed to find something more suitable to wear. There was nothing wrong with what she was wearing exactly but she needed to be the center of attention.

Her eyes were drawn to her pet as she licked at her fingertips. The sight of Allison in such a degrading manner was very pleasing and a sign that perhaps the girl did want Eterna.

"You're rather friendly today, aren't you bitch?" Eterna said affectionately as she softly ruffled the girl's hair before moving to sit down. If her pet wanted attention she would have to do better than that.

Allison rubbed her head against Eterna's hand, but it was taken away all too soon, and the woman walked past her, and she frowned, her heart sinking. She barked once, agreeing with the woman's statement, before she crawled over to the chair, and nuzzled at her leg, frustated.

"You've been ignoring me." She shrugged, sitting back slightly and looking up at her. "I don't why you're being like that, that's all." She rolled her eyes, and sat on all fours, lifting her head only to nip at Eterna's fingers, determined that she wouldn't be doing anything other than listening to her.

Her conveyance of her annoyance at being ignored was evidence enough that Allison wanted Eterna, that things had changed between them. Before the girl would have been quite happy to stay away from her as much as possible and yet here she was now, begging for attention.

"I do have a nest of vampires to organise and a social life to plan you know. Besides, I wanted you to come to me" Eterna told her, seeing no point in lying about it. She stroked Allison's cheek tenderly with her thumb as she looked down at the girl. She seemed to still be serious about wanting to be her pet. Good.

Allison looked away, ashamed that she'd played straight into one of Eterna's games, doing exactly as she'd wanted her to, and she sighed. "That... Why would you do that?" She huffed, looking away. She still wanted the attention, and that was the worst part.

"Is this because of that night? When you were sick?" She moved away, trying to pretend she was unaffected by being ignored. "I was upset that night, that's all."

"I was upset because I had the chance to run away and I didn't, and I'm never going to forgive myself for that. For choosing this." She motioned to the basket in the corner, and at her naked attire, and saying it out loud again, she teared up, looking away. This wasn't about the sex at all. It wasn't making love when neither of them loved the other. "Even when you were sick you played me, used me, manipulated me, made me want to... to keep you from being hurt... And you shouldn't deserve that from me."

She stood up without asking if it was okay, and moved over to the window, looking out. "If I ran now... You wouldn't let me." It wasn't a question, more of a statement, and she looked back at Eterna, shaking her head. "That night you were sick was a mistake. All of it."

"It won't happen again, being sick like that" Eterna said firmly, she knew what had caused it and so it was easily avoided now. Still her pet's emotional needs were not being met and as fun as it was to toy with Allison, she had grown rather fond of the girl.

"Believe what you like but I wasn't manipulating you that night. What you did was of your own volition. Honestly, I expected you to kill me. Why didn't you?"

Allison refused to meet Eterna's eye suddenly, looking down at the floor. She couldn't say what was going on in her mind. She was supposed to be strong, to be better than this.

"I don't want to answer you." She said firmly, though her voice shook a little bit. "If you want to know, you'd have to compel me and... Even then I'd fight you." She swallowed, hugging herself. "I had my reasons."
