Event: Oni Giri Restaurant Opening
WHO: Zoro, Sanji, Noctis for any patrons
WHERE: Oni Giri (Business)
WHEN: Week 2, Saturday Evening.
WHY: Introducing the restaurant to the local Masters (and Slaves)
WARNING: Slavery discussion - small talk? Will update accordingly.
Owned by Zoro Roronoa, operated by the head chef, Sanji, and begrudgingly staffed by Noctis, Oni Giri is a small Japanese restaurant offering its guests the finest quality cuisine with surprisingly little pretense. Warm blonde and reddish wood are balanced with black iron screen dividers and white frosted glass accents, and every seat has a view of the chef's station that is the focal point of the dining room.
The word "oni giri" has humble origins, referring to a classic Japanese riceball snack with a seaweed wrap, a variety of which are available as appetizer or side dishes. Oni Giri is also the name of one of swordsman Zoro's attack techniques within his own style of fighting - not that this is common knowledge.
The restaurant bustles with an air of busy excitement on this, Oni Giri's opening night, to which all of Crescent Hills' Masters of note and their favorite Slaves have been gathered into one gala event. Servers rush to fill glasses carefully where an attractive young slave grumbles patrons to their seats; the chef's station providing as much entertainment in performance and conversation as in food preparation; one corner occupied by the indomitable presence of the owner, the local Head Were, steadily working his way through a bottle of sake.
Welcome, Itadaki-masu, and enjoy your meal.
