Olivia followed Felicity out of the diner, pausing when the other woman did. "I don't like when they hurt me. I.. I don't like it even though sometimes I deserve it." As if these words had only encouraged her fears she wrapped her arms around herself as a shield.
"Am I going to have to go in a cage?" She asked suddenly as they exited out into the night air. Her arms tightened around her body even more, out of fear and because of the cold. It was getting warmer outside as summer drew closer, but Olivia didn't notice it. Sleeping outside on the streets during the winter had left a permanent chill in her tiny body. "I didn't like to go in a cage. I.. I could fit through the bars, but Abigail couldn't because she got more food."
As if this last statement had sparked a new thought she quickly glanced over at Felicity. For a second the vacant gaze of her eyes met the other girls. "Is.. is there food at the place with no bad people?" Her voice showed a slight hint of excitement.
