Plot starts Sunday afternoon. They all swap at once. The logistics are that there is a screw up with the master journal and they all swap when they touch their journals. It'll take a week to get all the bodies accounted for and sorted out. Ask permission before you do something mean to another PCs body.
They will be transported immediately to that body and won't have their journals right away. They can eventually get to where they need to be but I assume there will be many assumptions of insanity first (especially for Romilda claiming to be Harry Potter).
