The dragoon watched as Blythe walked over to the desk, thinking that she was going to explain another facet of marriage that she found fascinating (it had been a popular topic over the past few weeks), so he was quite surprised when she made her intentions clear. He had not seen that one coming at all, especially since he was not familiar with the tradition.
