Question about spying and other issues
I've seen some fun posts and comments about the ability of the Hell side to spy on Heaven, which is something I was hoping would happen, and I was wondering. See, one of the few abilities I've really given Frank (very loosely based on his small role in canon) is that he knows when something is wrong, especially if it's supernatural in nature. Not every time, and definitely not exactly what or who, but he does. And he can probably tell at least sometimes when people aren't what they're presenting either (e.g. if someone actually tried to infiltrate from the other side or was lying to him in a disussion.)
That said, I have no desire to have Frank undermine spying and lying attempts. He's far from omniscient and not even really "psychic" and he's unlikely to talk about his bad feelings because it just makes him sound like a crazy old man (which isn't entirely inaccurate for poor Frank.) But it's one of the things I'd like him to be able to do, since there aren't that many.
What I'm getting at is that he's likely to at least think to himself that something is wrong if he's being spied on or lied to, though not necessarily always, and maybe to comment privately in his journal or occasionally to a person he trusts. And he himself is unlikely to spill important secrets when he feels someone might be listening (plus he's unlikely in general). But I don't want people to think I'm overdoing that, so he's not going to run around warning everyone, and anyone he does talk to is very welcome to consider him a Cassandra of sorts. I hope that makes sense and will work for the game?
