Layla was never good with this stuff. She couldn't tell Will for years that she loved him. Lucas, well he just made her flail. Now, here she was a married woman with a girl crush on a woman she just met and Lucas didn't take to these things so well. She bit her bottom lip hard. Why was she such a spazz with people? Well, people in this type of situation? Next thing she knows Maureen is laughing and Layla is feeling more like a tool. She turns to the dresses and just begins to look at them. Maureen asks her if she is OK and Layla doesn't turn her head, she just nods. "Yeah, I'm fine. I'm just peachy." She offers a little lamely.
The silence is broken by the 'sch-ktah, sch-ktah, sch-ktah' of the hangers sliding over metal. Then Maureen offers to give her some aide.
"Sure, yeah. I could use the help," she replies to Maureen softly.
